She's an embarrassment to the house of Hilton. Lock her up and throw away the key.

Indeed with Paris Hilton, we are getting a peek-a-boo look back in time to the days of Marie Antoinette etc., the gross product of selective inbreeding(of usually despicable traits).

hahahahahahah yeah right, where she just lay there doing nothing?

she deserves her time in jail, she did the crime then she should do the crime!!

here is what the judge said about her early release

    -----------

'Screaming' Paris sent back to jail

Heiress Paris Hilton has been ordered to return to jail to serve out the remainder of her 45-day sentence for a parole violation.

The 26-year-old was taken from court screaming after the decision was made by Supreme Court Judge Michael Sauer.

Hilton shouted: "It's not right!" and "Mum" as she was escorted from the Los Angeles courtroom by Sheriff's deputies.

On Thursday, the celebrity inmate was sent home from the Los Angeles County Jail's Lynwood lock-up shortly after 2am for an unspecified medical condition, only three full days into her original 45-day sentence.

She was ordered to finish her sentence under house arrest, meaning she could not leave her four-bedroom, three-bathroom home in the Hollywood Hills until next month. But the move was strongly opposed by the sentencing judge and the city's chief prosecutor.

On Friday Judge Sauer ordered her back to court to determine whether she should go back to jail. County Supervisor Don Knabe said Hilton's return home on Thursday gave the impression of "celebrity justice being handed out".

Hilton, who was brought to court in handcuffs in a sheriff's car, entered the courtroom dishevelled and crying. Her hair was askew and she wore a grey fuzzy sweatshirt over slacks. She wore no make-up and cried throughout the hearing.

Her body also shook constantly as she dabbed at her eyes. Several times she turned to her parents who were seated behind her in the courtroom and mouthed the words: "I love you."

Judge Sauer told the court: "I at no time condoned the actions of the sheriff and at no time told him I approved the actions.

"At no time did I approve the defendant being released from custody to her home on Kings Road."

Great, the one thing we can collectively agree about on this forum. With the execption of Sam. Now Sam, you know good and well if that was you, you would of recieved more then 45 days of jail time. You would of been charged with a felony, lost your liscence for a year, pay a $3000 dollar fine, mandatory AA meetings 3 days week for one year (Which you have to pay for) dropped from your insurance company. And oh yeah, once that potential employer runs that background check on you, for that job you're over qualified for, you'll be denied due to a tainted crimminal report. And she's notorious for degrading people who went to public schools, and other ethnicities. Ofcourse we're going to be jubilated by her incarceration. It must be a cold day in hell, because I agree with Buffalo on someting

I think it is unhealthy to be fixated on the wrongdoer and ignore the wrongdoing, she did nothing unusual. If she was a cop's daughter you'd never even have heard about it.

    WTF?

Even when Paris has her faced caked with makeup, she looks subpar. 70% of the girls on my campus look better than her.

What was she sentenced to jail, for? Repeatedly driving under influence of alcohol? Or under impact of :m: ?
Did she do some work during her short time in jail? Cooking? Manufacturing something? Social teamwork with other prisoners?
Did she help the headmaster to make plans for transforming the jail into a luxury jail ? ( for future premium V.I.P. jail prisoners

Yes, she did her time and it was deserved, but the fact remains someone fucked up in how they treated her case. Furthermore, this prison has been accused by others of mistreatment and cruelty, no one deserves that.

Oh those poor prisoners, they are treated badly in jail, oh the agony, oh the shame, oh dear me what shall I do for the shame of it all, prisoners are treated badly in jail,
by who prisoners who spit on guards? throw feces at the Guards? Prisoners who wait for the Guards to pass their cells and piss on the guards? and why are these poor prisoners in prison? because they already broke the LAWand society has decided that they need to be incarcerated because they can't control themselves,
meaning don't fuck with the Guards.

All criminals should be shackled to the wall and beaten every day for an hour.

Pamela Richardson, who is a double amputee, claims that ..., in her case, the facility did not provide any medical attention to a hernia (protrusion of a tissue) she developed during her stay in the prison.

“She's treated like a queen compared to what I got,” TMZ quoted her, as saying

Richardson also claimed that she faced extreme humiliation, as she was verbally abused and was made to crawl around in the facility without using her prosthetic leg.

The 51-year-old is believed to have been arrested and later released for unknown charges, in March this year.

Gloria Allred is going after the L.A. County Sheriff’s Dept. on behalf of a 51-year-old African American veteran (a double amputee as a result of active duty), who was allegedly treated very poorly during her stint in L.A. County Jail earlier this year.

In a press conference held just moments ago, Pamela Richardson, Army Specialist 6, said she was denied serious medical attention during her March 2007 stay in the Century Regional Detention Center — “

She couldn't be lying now could she? she doesn't even have the facts straight as to her Rank in the Military, could it also be she never was in the Military or Iraq? You don't forget your Rank, not by a long shot, I never forgot my Rank since I retired from service, and that was 1989, that 17 years ago. She doesn't even know the Rank structure, and she claims to be a veteran? How many of you vets out there don't know what rank you held in service?

I agree with Buffalo for once. Prisoners need to be mistreated. It's a pity that some of that scum aren't given the treatment dished out in the 1970's. Drub their kidney's until their piss bleeds.

I find that sentiment reprehensible. In spite of legal process, some innocent people are jailed along with the guilty. It's enough of a punishment just to be in jail, they deserve humanitarian treatment (and it's the law).
