Let them/him live with their/his illusory visions of Iraq being a paradise now, with the American military being greeted as salvationary liberators using magical bullets that miraculously dodge Iraqi civilians and only kill terrorists. Oh, I didn't say that at all. What I did say is that it's Iraqis who are doing most of the killing of Iraqis in Iraq, not the US coalition forces. And if you don't know that, then you've not been keeping up with the figures and the news.

But we are talking about totals, not current rate.

Have they caught up yet? They were far behind, just a year ago or so, and it's a moving target.

Also: you have to count some of the Iraqi kills as part of the coalition total. Some Iraqis have signed on, after all.

 

It cant be justified , but the reality is , that all this has been known since day one . Its only coming out now into the mainstream media , because all the independent humanitarian organisations and news blog sites have been telling it for years .

That is the problem , the fact we have persons like Baron Max running around really beliving the media propaganda spin hook line and sinker . Minds like his are the ones that give consent for this barbarity to carry on .

 

I'd like to mention that the destabilization of Iraq is the main cause for the insurgency, If the U.S had not invaded but had sought a peaceful transition or even waited till Saddam Died from a natural death, then invaded ,there would be far less deaths than there is now.
for, if the sectarian violence had began once Saddam died, there would be cause for the U.S to go in and LEGITIMATELY protect its interests in the area.
The invasion of Iraq is like when Marshall Tito died, it released and opened battling grounds for ethnic clashes in Yugoslavia.

 

Again, As ,i've said in some of my other posts the invasion of Iraq, killed 600 000 people in 4 years, Saddam killed 290 000 and maybe 350 000 (in case there are more graves/accusations to be found) in over TWENTY years.
So, which event killed more people, Saddam coming to power or the Invasion of Iraq ?
