Libby, only mess up on dates about who he said what to. Firstly what do you mean "knowingly"? Only the person themselves "knows" what they know. When a child with chocolate on their fingers and crumbs around their mouth is asked if they got into the cookie jar and they then say no. You can not "know" for a fact if they are lying. You ask about the chocolate and they respond by saying, "My invisible friend took those cookies and put chocolate crumbs on me to make it appear that I did it - but I did not!". There's no way to KNOW for a FACT that they are lying. Which is why the jury is instructed on how to make a reasonable decision and that they did and so judicially yes Libby knowingly lied.
