No really. What is it about people in Kansas. I was in Lawrence for a week and really received a nasty impression. Some played little shit tricks on me, acted haughty and vain, and I got the impression that they had a chip on their shoulder but didn't know shit. Far cry from Dorthey in OZ. This was reconfirmed a few months later after some sarcastic little Kansas City punk university stundent called up NPS news with a haughty "know-it-all" attitude that was quickly extinguished by the host.
