Eat lots of carbs, right before you go to bed. You will probly want to stay somewhat fit while doing this so probly heavy weight training. Lift weights that are heavy enough that you can only do 5 or 6 times. Do that 4 times per muscle group. No jogging.
Yes, also another key to weight gain is extreme lethargy. Do not move if you don't absolutely have to. In addition to a high-carb high-fat diet, you should limit your movements. If you're the kind person who moves even when you're not moving (ie., shaking, dangling your leg while in class, making small nervous movements while sitting), try to train yourself not to. Be still. When you are cold, try not to shiver. That uses calories. Do not have sex. That is also uses calories. When you go to the mall or local gunshop during Ramadan, always, always park as closely to the building as possible. Use escalators as much as possible and when you're on the escalator, make sure to stay still. No point in doing any extra needless work! And never use the stairs when you don't need to. Always use the elevator. Hope those tips work out for you. Maybe others have some ideas to contribute to my plan for extreme lethargy.

This will pack on the pounds, quick Here is a for way to pack on the pounds. Buy the product called ensure. Drink a few cans of that daily. It is expensive, but it will work. Also, wake up about 2 or 3 am and drink a can. YOU WILL PACK ON THE POUNDS. I did this for a few months while I was working out hard. I had to stop because I was bulking up too fast. IF YOU REALLY WANT TO GAIN WEIGHT AND ARE WILLING TO SPEND THE MONEY this will work!!!
