View Full Version : game that reads your mind leopold99 05-10-07, 10:10 PM i thought it was a joke. apparently not. http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/18358876/ nicholas1M7 05-10-07, 10:13 PM The only way something can read one's mind is if it has picked up the telegraph of our intentions. When one's mind is cleared, awareness is substantial, stimuli is recieved easier and responded to better. This when there are no unintended actions or slips, and so telegraphing is unapparent without conscious intention. timmbuktwo 05-10-07, 10:16 PM The only way something can read one's mind is if it has picked up the telegraph of our intentions. You then had to *not* think correctly in order to control the ship and avoid the asteroids. it was cool. With the last 10 years of progress, I would expect a much more fine-tuned control being possible, though given how rudimentary our understanding of *intention* (see fMRI studies) encoded in brain activity is, "Jump mario! jump higher! you bastard!!!" is still a long way off. |
