Does the formation of a star go:

Dark nebula, bok globule, protostar, star???

yes.. but it could start with a dark cold nuetron star.. big ones that exploded to form these clouds of atoms.... and then formed the cores of all the stars that followed.

and the reason everything everywhere is spinning.. is because when it exploded.. it was spinning extremely fast. ALLL OF THEM.. ALWAYS

and then from neubula.... to glob.. to proto.. to star... and when it explodeS it leaves a dwarf.. being the left over chunk of the original mass which exploded to form the solar system birth cloud...

The neutron star theory is not one that is taken seriously by astronomers. mstarry, you pretty much have it right.
