You might then either face a lifetime of secrecy wreaking your nerves, suspicion atrophying your social-life, and compunction corroding your soul or . . . the possibile penalties of imprisonment or even death.

it just so happens that my dna is in the national database for criminal identification. i just recently foind this out though.
