WMD - Weapon of Mass Destruction. commonly known as nuclear and/or biological weapons.

America, being the army of righteousness is the only country allowed to possess the weapons. Any other country that attempts to procure such weapons will be destroyed by America.

According to George W Bush, countries that have freedom don't develop WMD. On an unrelated note, the USA has the greatest stockpile of WMD in the World and is the only nation to have used Nuclear weapons on civilian targets.

Free people have the right to collect nuclear weapons if they are responsible collectors. That is do not retaliate with nuclear weapons unless their house is being burgled.
