A supermoderator often abbreviated to supermod is similar to a moderator in that they have many special privileges, including the ability to edit, delete, and move posts and threads. The difference is that supermods have this power over the entire forum, while moderators can only exercise their privileges in certain subforums, to which they're assigned.
