Pepsi max

They don't have Pepsi Max in the USA. They rather call it Pepsi Zero. Max is a more positive word than zero and hence American advertisement agencies suck. One can imagine the feverish anticipation of customers who have just purchased an ice-cool can of Pepsi Max on a blistering hot summer's day, in contrast to the cooler reception in store for poor old Pepsi Zero. One can imagine also the look of crushing disappointment that spreads slowly over the face of our Max purchasee, as he takes that first, yearned-for sip and realises that what was marketed to him as The Water of Life actually tastes remarkably similar to liquidised horse-droppings.
