Handout

A handout is one of the favourite words of Neocons and republicans in the USA with which they project their greed on their fellow citizens in need of social assistance.

In Europe the word handout is very unpopular due to the fact that Europeans prefer to look at the benefits of a social welfare state with realism. Note that one must distinguish between the word handout and the actual thing - the free money! Free money is popular with welfare sluts the world over. Unfortunately for many welfare sluts welfare is concentrated solely in Europe.
