There have been many Great Leaders in the history of the world. Usually there can be only one Great Leader per nation, although sometimes periods exist where the true Great Leader hasn't emerged yet. Lenin and Stalin were both Great Leaders, and it took a while for Stalin to show he was indeed the true Great Leader.
