In the 1973 French movie La Planète Sauvage, also known as Fantastic Planet, the Oms were the name given to the humans that lived on a planet inhabited by an alien race called the "Draags".
Humans who were kept as pets by the Draags were referred to as "Domesticated Oms".
Humans who ran wild in the many Draag forests and parks were referred to as "Savage Oms"
