Real doctors
Real Doctors have a PhD. Doctors like GeoffP have a PhD in being an arse. He would like to answer in the affirmative if someone ever cries out "Is there a doctor in the house?" just once, but knows that besides being useless he'd be pilloried by an angry mob.
