region in Southern Russia, seeded by nomadic people with no purpose and a perfect ground for testing new weapons on such as vacuum bombs. Nuclear bombs of course, would hurt the environment like trees and innocent animals, but vacuum bombs make Chechnya ground smooth as butter.
