Particle

A particle is a minuscule portion of something larger. Particles are also defined as individual things which are extremely tiny. For example - atoms are particles of matter; crumbs are particles of bread; individual grains of sand are considered particles; dust is usually composed of numerous particles.

Most particles in the known universe are capable of becoming stuck in people's eyes.
