Oil

Oil is a slimy substance. It is fairly unimportant, so no-one has ever started a war over it. Except in ancient Greece where men and women liked to rub themselves in olive oil and go to war or have sex.

Crude oil is rather rude.

Goes well on a salad with a little vinegar.

Oil can act as a lubricant.
