An inhabitant of Manchester, England.

Mancs are noted for calling food "scran" and shortening the pronunciation of each syllable of a given sentence to the absolute minimum aural content required for comprehension. This has been laughingly termed 'Mancunian' but in reality the existence of Mancs is no laughing matter whatsoever.
