Iron

An element, or a hot thing used to flatten creases out of clothing. Temperamental machines, most of them react badly and throw the most awful tantrums when wrongly thrust into the hands of anyone who lacks the requisite vagina.

An iron grip, meanwhile, is a very strong grip and often seen in the right hand of teenagers and young men.
