The internet is a wordlwide communication system adapted from american military technology, which itself was adapted from an earlier technology allowing doctors to communicate between universities. It is accessed through an ISP that creates an IP address for all users, this is forwarded to a central computer system run by the illuminati government, which replies with the co-ordinants of the requested computer/server, allowing them to communicate.
