Electromagnetism

Electromagnetism is one of the four fundamental forces of Physics. It includes both electricity and magnetism, which are both aspects of the same unified force.

Effects that are specifically described as electromagnetic rather than just electic or magnetic include magnetism that is produced by electricity, and vice versa.

In an electromagnet, the magnetic field can be magnified by using a iron core and coiling the wire around it.
