The CIA or Central Intelligence Agency is an American terrorist agency responsible for gathering intelligence, and for pertaining to national security.

By breaking the law the CIA makes sure the law is maintained (for others).

And we regretfully have to remark that the CIA seem to be the only patriotic organization left in the USA, besides the secret secret agencies.
