"About the Members" threads are pages of "exclusive interview of the members". The member Round 1 get chance to be interviewed for more or less one week. After that, member Round 1 would choose the member for the next Round (Round 2). Round 2 would choose member for Round 3, and so on.. If you want to be in the next round, you can also ask to the person in the current round (like by PM) to be chosen for the next Round. Happy belated interview, yayy!
