3D is a variation of a smiley. It represents a pair of boobs with underneath still the panties on signifying: I show you my boobs, but I keep my panties on, ergo "I'm just teasing you". Although recently it has also become the symbol for being straight-edged; "I will have sex with you, but I keep my panties on!"
