It's worth saying that we're not trying to duplicate wikipedia here. So far, I've been trying to add pages that either (a) contain humour of some kind, or (b) contain useful information I can refer to easily in posts on sciforums, or (c) provide handy links to good threads on sciforums, or (d) provide interesting information (even if fairly pointless), or (e) all of the above. If I somebody creates a link to the word "nose", and I can't think of anything original or funny or useful to say about noses, I'm leaving it to somebody else, as a general principle.
