Hi, does anyone know, how to configure a D-link router for application e-Mule?
I already tried to fill in some ports into my routers 'application' that are listed here (http://members.ams.chello.nl/e.vanleeuwen13/faq/poorten.htm) but that doesn't seem to do the trick.
I'm not willing to disable buildin-firewall of the router (DMZ) since that would take the use out of it.
my router says:
it needs a trigger:
Some applications require multiple connections, like Internet games, video conferencing, Internet telephony and others. These applications have difficulties working with NAT (Network Address Translation). Special Applications allows some of these applications to work.
Trigger : This is the port used to trigger the application. It can be either a single port or a range of ports.
NEXT: it needs incoming ports,...:
Incoming ports : This is the port number on the WAN side that will be used to access the application. You may define a single port or a range of ports. You can use a comma to add multiple ports or port ranges.
I tried some combinations of ports, but my downloadspeed isn't going up,...it sticks somewhere between 1.8 Kb/s (!) AAAAAAA!!!! and 0.0 Kb/s AAAAAAA!
Help?
