I found an obvious lie.
This site reaches approximately 49,656 U.S. monthly uniques. The site appeals to a younger, fairly wealthy, slightly male slanted audience. The typical visitor reads New Scientist.

Let us test the truth of this statement.

I don't visit or read it. I hate science.

Actually, their wording is obscure.

"The typical visitor reads New Scientist."

Well, of course they do. If they click the link, words appear, and probably better than 99.9% of them read the words they see. Ergo, they read New Scientist. It would be a little strange to click the link and then not read the page a bit. Maybe the visually impaired might provide some outliers.

So, to your poll, I say:

:spank:

I read it in my public library every few months along with various other interesting scientific magazines.

"Read it" or just look at all the pictures, while waiting for doctor/dentist/jerkoffcallingforpricecheck?

Click the link, smartass - it's the typical sciforums user.

I get so excited I have to throw my feces. Needless to say, the wife doesn't appreciate what this does to the bathroom.
