I am at a loss as to how to communicate to certain individuals, such as Captain Canada, merlijn and any other individuals knowledgable in philosophy.

I read some comments on the subject of "what is a paradox" from the above
within this web site, sciforums.com My quest is to get a simple explanation regarding a situation I am in. I recently refused to take a test known as a DWI test which determines if an individual was driving while under the influence of alcohol or was in control of a vehicle that could be driven. My reason for refusal was that I was attempting to move a vehicle manually (pushing said vehicle) which was disabled. The transmission had gone out on the vehicle. My logic for refusal was that merely by taking the test was and admission or incrimination of myself that I could indeed be capable of driving said vehicle. This seemed and still seems most logical to me and represents a long history of similiar reasoning.

Anybody care to respond.

You need a lawyer, not a philosopher. As far as I know, getting a license requires a person to agree to either take a DWI test when asked by an officer or risk losing your license. Since you seem not to have been driving, I'm not sure how it applies. Was the car in your driveway or a street?
