Lol, I am cradling my ball now. It is throwing the ball high in the air, then catching it on my racquet without the ball bouncing on my strings, just a soft landing, with no bounce.
I found a video I thought was pretty impressive, similiar to that Saving Private Ryan one I showed you. When I find it i'll send the link.
