View Full Version : cell phone inside your bra cup
fredchurch 03-25-10, 09:15 AM im wondering how many women carry there cell phones inside there bra cup ? its a fact they put out radiation like a x ray at the dentist. how safe are they in the long run? i know lots of women that do this . are you one that does and whats your opinion?
CutsieMarie89 03-25-10, 02:54 PM my grandmother does and has been for about 10 years or so now. She has no breast related problems. I don't do it though, there is no room in my bra.
its a fact they put out radiation like a x ray at the dentist.
Really? I don't think they'd be legal if they released that much radiation.

But actually the biggest concern should not be the few women that carry cellphones in their bras, but most men who carry their cell phones in their pockets. My professor read a study to us about men carrying their cellphones in their pockets causing a sperm cell damage and believed there might be a link between cellphone proximity and testicular issues in young men as they age, but we'll have to wait until about 2030 for those results. Don't know how true it is or who did the study, I heard it back in 2007.

No, it's not. Unless by "fact" you mean "made-up bullshit."
And what about those that carry them in their back pockets? How will they be able to sit with only one butt cheek?? They'll keep fallin' over!

I don't think there's any scientific evidence that cell phones cause any sort of cancer. In fact, the word ``radiation'' is a misnomer: your TV puts out radiation, the bricks in your house put out radiation. Does your watch glow at night? Guess what---it probably has a good bit of some radioactive substance in it.
The fact is, the ``radiation'' put out by your cell phone is about the same wavelength as the radiation put out by your wireless network, or your cordless home phone.
So, if you're worried that your cell phone is going to give you cancer, you'd better be worried about a lot of things.

BenTheMan 03-26-10, 11:28 AM Umm where is the space?
So what you're saying is that you don't buy bras that are a size too big?
I wonder if buying bigger bras for girls is the same as buying Magnum condoms for guys who really don't need the extra space.
Not that I'd know...

I have no idea what that means. Math makes me nauseous, guess it's 'cuz of all that extra blood flow to my penis.

Hmm I suppose if one is wearing those stretchy tee shirt bras, its possible to use it also as a substitute purse. But the whole point of a bra is that it is fitted to the breasts. A roomy bra seems to be quite contrary to the expectations.

LOL. It grosses me out to see cell phones in bras.
A larger bra than needed would be like a larger jock than needed. It would just defeat the purpose.

I prefer demi bras or balconets to full cover, so it would be awkward keeping a phone there. I'd have to retrieve it everytime I bent over.

It's a good thing draqon is not here, otherwise he would have to change his pants.

It's especially great if you're going for the "I have a giant triangular lump in my breast" look.

You have to wear the full cover ones and even then you just have to have a lot of space. My grandmother's breasts are gigantic she carries her wallet, phone, and massive set of keys in there. and because her breasts are so large you can't even tell. I hope mine don't end up that big.

If they do...will you call me? :)
fredchurch 03-29-10, 12:46 PM i see women all the time carrying many different things inside there bra cup. next to money and change purses they carry cell phones. this is what i have read. a egg put in the middle of two cell phones given time like a few hours will start to cook. i read that in a science magazine. there may be more to it than we know. and it may not take 30 years.

You need to check your sources...
Considering the maximum power output for a mobile phone is 2 watts for 900mhz phones, and 1 watt for 1800Mhz phones. How could you cook an egg? (microwave ovens operate at 2400 Mhz with power levels of 1000 watts or greater)

Again, made-up bullshit.
