So I run everyday now, usually more than 20km everyday, got a garmin forerunner 305 and it works all fine and no issues, except that I got bleeding nipples and red blood stains on both sides of my shirt Please Register or Log in to view the hidden image! so err...I googled the topic and it told me that I should get a nipguard but till now I never heard of this thing ever at all. Where do I get it? Its kind of weird to have something on my neeples or something attached to my skin and bandages will slip of obviously. Any ideas? Anyone doing marathons, guess not on Sciforums, hehehe Please Register or Log in to view the hidden image! but does not hurt to try. Please Register or Log in to view the hidden image!
...why does this look like red colour sprayed on your T-Shirt ..:bugeye: It's really awkward...you're a guy right? I was about to say Breast Duct Papilloma...but then again that somehow doesn't seem to be very sound either. Go to a doctor.
its not a picture of my shirt silly, i just google that picture. Please Register or Log in to view the hidden image! but it actually looks almost the same on t-shirt, because of how the motion of droplets gets sprayed all over that area when one is running.
Cut said duct tape into little circles and it looks like you've got your own, superior version of the NipGuard, and you've not had to shell out ten bucks either.
I had a similar problem back when I was in the Army: some of our new PT shirts rubbed my nipples raw while running. I used strip bandages as nipple covers. Just one strip bandage over each nipple worked for me.
Don't you think this is evidence that g*d didn't mean for us to run (or wear shirts)? Give it up, just lie down and watch TV.
This problem was pretty common for a lot of guys when I ran cross country in high school. Especially in the winter when your shirt would first get wet with sweat and them freeze. Anyway, as others have mentioned, you can put band aides over your nipples. You might also try wearing a different type of shirt as some rub more than others. Also, some guys would put vasoline on their nipples to provide some lubrication. Personally, I found it to be very shirt specific and avoided shirts that irritated my nipples. Mine never bled, but did get irritated from time to time.
What's wrong, you have a problem with nipples? Ever see this episode of Seinfeld: Please Register or Log in to view the hidden image! NOTE: The "nip" has been covered to protect the innocent.....
That's not my rendering--you know, not caucasian enough. Please Register or Log in to view the hidden image!
What about an M-2? Judging by the size of it, I'd say it's a pretty tight fit... Please Register or Log in to view the hidden image! Please Register or Log in to view the hidden image!
