    Personally I thought it was a bot, "dribbling" words in an attempt to cause conversation, however If bots are being used on the forums I would suggest contacting the forum owner or at least purposing a forum for bots to "dribble" in.

    Internet Forums are like bad B-movies... no plot, horrible acting, and almost always catastrophically dramatic.
