Those people are just in the beginning phase of human civilization. They have a long way to go - like a thousand years - to learn modern production methods to produce food so that they do not have to steal everything from their neighbors. Then again we try to steal oil from some countries....
No, they're not quite THAT far back. It's just that it's FAR easier to steal than to work and produce. They're just low-class thugs, nothing more.
They really are. My friends have been doing business in Africa (from Somalia to Mauritania to South Africa) for the last 6 years. I am aware of what is going on first hand.
