Growing up, my family and friends played a lot of board games. Now that I'm 36, I still love to play them even with all the new video game systems out there. Some of my favorites are Clue, Monopoly and Twister and have become a huge fan of Scene-It. What are your favorite board games?

If I had to pick I'd say Sorry. But I find kid games like Thin Ice and Hungry, Hungry Hippos more exciting. Not sure if those count though.
I thought Sorry was boring but Hippos was an awesome game! Anyone remember Headache? "I've got a headache!" The one with the bubble in the middle that you popped.
I think almost all adult board games are boring. Especially Monopoly and Life. But I find it often depends on who you play with. Some people are always fun to play with no matter what the game, and some people can suck the fun out of everything.
No offense but a guy named dirty dan asks me to a twister party I'm out. My favorite board game is hands down chess. Risk is ok sometimes too.
Following in this vein I prefered Buckaroo - but we were so poor we had a home-made version, we just had a ferret gaffer-taped to a cheeseboard.

My favorite board game is Hex. The rules and objective are VERY simple, yet the strategy of play, like Go, is very complex.
