Very true. I can't feel this way forever, but it feels like a cold, dark, waste-land of eternity right now.
Everything happens for the best. This may not be clear to you now. But you will meet someone later that will change your situation. Trust me....I have counseled many.

only partually, certainly better than the way i delt with being cheated on by my x (ie a whole bottle of sleeping pills)
it is better than that but alcohol makes peple brood and do stupid things. if you are over it and want to celebrate then that is a different story. i only was devastated by the break up of a relationship one time. tbh, it got easier after that and now i am somewhat indifferent to it. i just say the person doesnt want to be with me and i have to accept it and then if the person does not want to be with me then why would i want to be with them?

The best way to deal with this aspect is to forget, forget and forget . The more you try to sew things up the more things do not make sense . I'm trying to avoid alcohol except in medicinal quantities (which right now is the whole bottle) And to everyone else who has had their heart broken...you are not alone!
