I use a Cobra handheld CB in our motorhome and our club uses CHannel 4 exclusively for communincation.. That is the one channel that has a constant blipping interference signal for some reason. How does one best identify and eliminate such an aggrivating problem? The signal is a repeating blip or sound at a constant rate of approx 1each second and can be masked by the squelch at the peak or near peak level..Otherwise the sound is a constant drumbeat.

Seasoned radio operators probably have a practical solution but so far I can not find or correct the problem. Clearly there are numerous electronic devices mounted in the dash area but I have no clue where the likely culprit may be...

Any help would be much appreciated.

You can try to triangulate the source of the interference.
