Watch what the state governments are doing: The more money a state government can get printed off, the bigger the chunk of the American economy they get to use. Now, if this is done right it can keep America running by giving buying power from the "National Inflationary Coffers" to the states. But if it is over used then it is possible for Inflation to bust the coffers.
Efficiency and effectiveness should be high priority.
As for the housing market, we should invest in ways to make adobe homes more accessible for building. With adobe homes, your imagination is the limits. While it may not be earthquake proof, it will provide a warm house.
