    Completely true!
My family decided that they would get Hi-Speed Internet a little while back, and ever since then my mother decided that E-bay was the most wonderful thing that has ever happened to this planet. She will check her account in excess of 30 times a day to see if the trinkets and junk that she is trying to sell actually is. It came to the point that I had to turn off the computer completely this last Christmas to keep her from annoying the entire extended family that decided to visit.
    Crazy stuff, technology.

Yeah. Some of the members on here (cough...cough...Orly, Bells, Shorty, Luci...cough cough) are the embodiment of this thread, and why I started it.

I'd think that for the most part the "moms" we have here are doing a good job of watching how much they are on line. I commend them for understanding their limits and act accordingly.

You think you might want to rephrase that?

I don't know if post count is necessarily the best way to evaluate it. There are some sections of the forum (like the scifi section) where people sometimes use the boards almost like a chat program, rapidly posting many short messages back and forth to each other in a short time. You can easily accumulate very high post counts if you do that sort of thing.
