Have you noticed that you do this?
How do you work with this idea, if you do?

For example: Ever react to someone with much more anger than seems appropriate. IOW they are not evil or perhaps even harming someone else and yet you find a lot of anger in yourself in reaction to them.

What do you do when you notice this?

Interestingly enough a situation happened just yesterday when I waas at the supermarket. I was at the deli department ordering some things when this guy next to me caught an attitude problem with the clerk that was serving him. He got very upset that she somehow didn't git his order correct and instead of just correcting her , he went ballistic on her. Well, there I was watching this and I leaned over to the irate man and told him that was my daughter that was behind the counter serving him and if he didn't lower his voice I wsould have to ask the manager to have him removed for upsetting me.

Very cool intervention, especially since I am assuming she was not your daughter.

It doesn't sound like you got more angry than seemed warranted by his behavior, however.

Is there a reason you think you were projecting?
