This is an excellent and very long insiders' view of the candidates during this long, long election year. If you like politics, you will enjoy it. About 1 hour reading material:

Secrest? Like Ryan Secrest?

LOL String!
I liked the Chapter 7 better.. Especially when they mentioned Palin's shopping expenses and the shock of the 'donor' who received the bill. Was amusing in a disturbed kind of way. The sad part appears to be that McCain may not have known of it at the time because his aides felt he would have been "offended". I had no idea she had refused to appear on stage with GOP Senators because they were either pro-choice or against drilling in Alaska. And then when she was ordered on stage at the next rally, she refused to acknowledge the Republican candidates who were there next to her. Then the part about her husband calling Alaskan "bigwig" donors and telling them to save their money until 2012.. Scary stuff..:bugeye:
Interesting read though.. Have bookmarked it and will read the whole thing (eg all chapters) when I get the chance (when the kids have their naps)..

Speaking of him, when is he coming out of the closet? That man is an industry himself! 2 TV shows, a radio show, a restaurant chain, when does he sleep??
The best part is the chapters about the Hillary-Obama race specially with Bill...

Oh, isn't this a curious twist of fate. You're correcting my spelling.
Huh.
