Has anyone heard of a food or natural supplement that can be used to regulate thyroid hormone production?

Are we talking about either hyper- or hypothyroidism?
Also why is this in chemistry?

Actually bugleweed only reduces cardiac symptoms but not for instance TSH levels (in humans at least).

Only If you are weakly hypothyroid (and not in all cases, of course. If you got late-phase Hashimoto it won't do any good, and in early phase you would worsen the condition).
