A Beautiful Mind, John Nash, Ron Howard, and Science/Maths Buffs, READ THIS! "There is a feature on the Beautiful Mind DVD that may be of particular interest to discussion. The extra disc includes an interview with John Nash & Ron Howard where Nash talks about his current projects, his recovery and why he wasn't sold on making the movie in the beginning. It also offers those who are familiar with Nash and his teachings an opportunity to see a considerably less guarded, encouraging, and slightly unusual Nash." http://www.electricartists.com/beautifulmind/Clip1_56.html http://www.electricartists.com/beautifulmind/Clip1_300.html http://www.electricartists.com/beautifulmind/Clip2_56.html http://www.electricartists.com/beautifulmind/Clip2_300.html http://www.electricartists.com/beautifulmind/Clip3_56.html http://www.electricartists.com/beautifulmind/Clip3_300.html http://www.electricartists.com/beautifulmind/Clip4_56.html http://www.electricartists.com/beautifulmind/Clip4_300.html After checking out the clips drop an email to Melissa at watts@electricartists.com and comment on the trailers and interviews.
Cool movie. Excellent plot, beautiful acting, and a somewhat biased plot. The director just completely left out the part about Nash being partly (I'm not sure) gay, and the part about his cheating on his wife. Probably by the request of NAsh. But even so, I'd say it's a good movie. Just that little smudge there.
Man that movie was great! Its very sad to see that almost every "genius" that every lived... was... welll..... lacking in other parts of his life.... Very sad indeed, yet very interesting...
