Does economics/business relate to politics?

I was raised to think of Republicans as conservative but the opposite seems more true. What is your experience?

They are all the same in todays world. Anyway they can make some money they will stoop to the lowest form of life to do so. If you look the Democrats are the majority and have been for over 2 years and that's about when this "problem" started and no one did anything to stop it.:mad:

Republicans are conservative when it comes to profits, however, they prefer to socialise their losses.

Republicans: If you make profit, you keep. You are allowed to do so with minimal laws. If you lose - the people pay. Republicans are supposed to stay away from your personal life like big brother...now with moral majority they want to control your life.

Democrats: Whatever you make, government takes a large chunk of it. They want to control your life.

Bottom Line: both parties are highly opportunists...that is why we are in this mess.
