i had to vote for the second last option because on the balance of probablilities there is more chance that any australian goverment worker (especially state employee) IS there to help rather than hinders.

After all, all the firefighters, ambos, hospital staff ect are state employees. It gets interesting when you talk about centerlink because i think half of those people are there to screw you but in my grandmothers case vetrens affairs has done HUGE amounts for her that she couldnt have done herself (including modifying her house at enormougs expence because she needs a walking frame)
