You know really heavy foods that fill you up quickly like some chocolates or stews as opposed to light foods like cotton candy? Well there is high demand for new foods on the cotton candy side of things. Extra-Light Foods, foods you can gobble up tables full of and still keep on eating.

But it has to be really easy to eat. Think about putting the balloon up to your mouth and blowing it up - now stop blowing & deflate the balloon in your mouth - open your lips and let pressure burst through your lips and fill your lungs forcefully as the balloon deflates.

That's similar to how this Extra-Light Food should be

And it shouldn't be sweet - more like bread with a hint of flavor.

Sounds like "a lot of hot air" to me. Buy stock in Gas-X , while you're at it.

I really need some input on this. I can easily eat 10 mcdonalds burgers. How do they do it?

I thought they were something like 90% water weight.

I want someone who is actively hungry and searching for food right now, to envision extra-light food and tell me your desire scale from 1-10.

Certainly not fish. Fish fills me up like no other food.

Broccoli is a good light one. One of my favourite veggies.
