it seems to just crash to the desktop without any error messages as soon as the load screens finish, my computer is anything but top of the line, however its still above the minimum specs, so should run it. ive been told that the onbroad intel graphics may be causing it, but cant find any fix(or driver update) for it. anyone else had this problem?

You might want to check this thread. I'm not sure if offers a solution but it deals with similar crashes and comments about a particular file that can be deleted to sometimes fix the problem. (This is from when people uninstall a game but it leaves old settings on the PC, so when they reinstall but have updated elements of their PC it uses the old file causing the problem)

I would suggest looking for System logs though, if of course there is no switch that can be put into the Games run path to cause logs to appear in the game folder.
