When's google coming out of BETA ?

Or rather more specifically, when's google DOC's coming out of beta ? That thing kicks microsoft groove's ass in terms of communication. Groove was a glitchy and resource heavy software. whereas google docs might be light on databases and large presentations, but it's got good communications and sharing capabilities.

Oh, and if you use google docs, does that mean that the government can subpeana your file ?
