problem:no sound! wtf

    help
    my Xplio has sudenly gone mute for some strange reason,I tried different speakers which didnt help,so its probably not the monitor problem ,
    but PC itself.

    any idea how to fix it?

    yes the volume is all the way up,headphones and mic have no sound either.
    and its past warranty too,just my luck.

    Have you recently done any software updates (Either OS or Drivers?) It's possible that a suggested update was actually incompatible and would require either rolling back the driver and replacing it with an earlier version.
