cant format drive c

    while reinstallin windows i got stuck on formattin page. i have only one drive C: that is about 77 gb and another is unpartitioned about 8 mb. cant delete and format drive c:. is there any help. i will appreciate it . thanks

    Can you be reading the screens wrong? There are a few different key combinations you have to hit to format the system partition. Delete the 8mb partition because it is jus there from the last time you created the partiton and has setup information but thats it. See if you can low level format, that is so much fun.

    Why don't you just buy another (bigger) harddrive ?

    Maybe he is trying to format C: from within Windows....
